How we started teaching motion design
Innovlex Study began when a small group of motion designers in Kremenchuk noticed a gap. Talented people across Ukraine wanted to learn animation and visual effects, but most resources were either too expensive or taught outdated techniques. The founders decided to build a platform where working professionals could share current workflows.
The first courses focused on After Effects fundamentals and Cinema 4D basics. Enrollment grew quickly as word spread about instructors who actually worked on commercial projects. By the second year, the platform expanded to cover advanced compositing, character rigging, and procedural animation. Students appreciated learning from people who understood production deadlines and client feedback.
Today the platform serves learners from Lviv to Kharkiv, offering masterclasses that reflect what studios are currently asking for. Instructors update content regularly based on industry shifts and student questions. The focus remains on practical skills that translate directly to freelance work or studio positions.
